Hotel Reservation Deadline: Monday, August 1, 2022
Registrants will not be able to reserve a room until after they have completed the registration for conference. Once you registered, confirmation will be sent that will include the information on how to reserve your room. To obtain the negotiated group rates, you must register by Monday, August 1, 2022. The group block dates are to check in on Sunday, August 21st and check out Thursday, August 25th. The room block does not include a Saturday check in.

Cancelation/Refund Policy: To cancel your summer academy registration, contact Athena Banks at events@nclm.org. A full refund of paid registration, less a $50.00 cancelation fee, will be issued to registrant who notify the Association in writing by August 1, 2022. We must give guarantees to the meeting facility, and they will charge us even if you cancel; therefore, no refunds can be made after August 1, 2022 no exceptions. Consequently, as of August 1, registrants will be responible for all fees even if you do not participant. Please review the hotel's cancelation policy regarding your room reservation.
